Christopher Arnold
Christopher is the founder of Care Deeply Consulting, a coaching and consulting firm for leaders who care deeply about people and planet. He specializes in helping conscious business leaders strike a balance between healthy working relationships and achieving business results.
In his free time, Christopher serves as the President of the Board for the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center and as an Advisory Board Member with Truce Media, an employee-owned video production company. He has served as a leader for B2B B Corps for over 3 years.
Talibah Bayles
Talibah Bayles is a Birmingham, Alabama native and national business advocate on a mission to bring genuine solutions for ignored small businesses. She is the driving force behind TMB Tax & Financial Services, a full-service tax advisory & small business financial wellness firm with clients across the United States. Talibah is also the Founder & CEO of Access Granted, Inc.—a 501(c)(3) with a mission to advance economic opportunity for women and minority-owned businesses.
Talibah also hosts the Black & Bankable CEO Podcast, a show devoted to accomplishing her personal mission of closing the small business financial literacy gap for Black and minority-owned businesses.
Jonathan Will
Jonathan joined GadellNet in 2023 to lead Business Development in the Colorado market. With over 15 years of sales, CX Leadership, and operations experience, Jonathan is an expert in creating partnerships and unique experiences that result in exceptional outcomes.
Jonathan’s education includes a B.A from the University of Minnesota in addition to a number of business and technology related certifications. He is passionate about lifelong learning and currently serves as an Advisor Panel Member for the CX Program at the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business.
In his free time, you’ll find Jonathan outdoors, probably snowboarding or surfing, with his many pets not too far away.

Rose Penelopee Yee
Rose is Chief Visionary Officer for Green Retirement, Inc. After working in various management roles in banking and international trade finance, Rose was recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors in 2015 as one of the Captains of Industry in its inaugural recognition of the role that women play in the retirement plan industry. She co-founded and co-led WeTheChange, a collective of B Corp women CEOs with a purpose of “creating a radically inclusive and richly regenerative global economy.” In 2018, Rose received a B Economy Leadership Award for founding B2B B Corps and helping its members connect, build, and grow their businesses. Conscious Company Media recognized her as one of the World Changing Women of 2020.
In 2022, Rose announced her candidacy for the 1st Congressional District in California. Please support her efforts to bring more inclusion and representation to our government here.
Andrew Schuricht
Andy is the founder of Valor CSR, the first Certified B Corp in Las Vegas, NV. His dream is to see dozens of B Corps in Las Vegas (and every other city) and he sees that B2B B Corps is helping to make that happen. Whenever he refers clients to another B Corp for services he doesn’t provide, he knows that his client will be in good hands.
Nathan Stuck
Nathan is an award winning leader in the B-Corp community and the Founder & CEO of Profitable Purpose Consulting. He also founded and chairs B Local Georgia and hosts the Be The Change Georgia podcast. Nathan teaches an experiential MBA course on B Corps at the University of Georgia and serves on the board of B Academics, a nonprofit committed to research and experiential B Corp learning opportunities around the world.
When he isn’t working to reinvent capitalism and make good companies great, he can be found playing with his three dogs or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs with his wife Meg.
Kamala Appel
Kamala has been a supporter of the B Corp community since 2018. Based in the SF Bay Area, she has been a producer/project manager for more than half her life. She has produced a number of docs for other businesses and nonprofits and has a passion for wildlife, animals, and environmentalism.
She is excited to participate in a community of businesses that “get it.” Businesses that are driven to address some of the world’s challenges by using their business as a vehicle for positive change.
